These original linocuts are part of Liz Lyons Friedman's "Celebration Series".  Each is a small scale genre scene: daily life, romance, fun, friends and wine.  Friedman hand colors each hand-pulled linoleum block print using layers of transparent & vibrant watercolor.

Exhibiting in galleries and juried exhibitions since the seventies, her work has been chosen for posters, book covers and numerous publications.

Liz's artwork was chosen for the 2007 Sausalito Art Festival commemorative poster and the 2007 commemorative T-shirt.
